Re: The below post.
A bunch of us have been having problems with customer service at Clandestine, and if you feel the same way, that the company isn’t valuing their customers the way they used to, please tweet this link to Pete:

We don’t want to spam the guy, but we do want to get our point across. So please don’t tweet him more than once a day. Generally we wouldn’t want to hit him up on Twitter for something like this anyway, but the only way to contact anyone at Clandestine Industries now is through email, which they tactfully ignore. Basically, we just want to let Pete know that his customers aren’t too happy right now.
Thanks.
P.S. this blog will definitely see more posts in the near future. I don’t know what happened to the other members of FYCI but I imagine they have been swamped with jobs and education like me.
Pete,
Clandestine Industries. As you can tell by the title of this blog, we love the brand. We love the style, we love the way it has brought people together, we love the community built around it. What we don’t love is the new customer service. Several of us have been having problems with the way our purchases are being dealt with. For the past couple of weeks, several of our order statuses have said nothing but “waiting”. If there was an issue with printing or with shipping, then we would get that. Stuff happens. But there was no email explaining what the problem was. In fact, the emails we sent to customerservice@clandestineindustries.com were ignored entirely. When I finally was emailed today, it was a generic email that told me my shipping number. It didn’t explain what the problem was, it didn’t apologise for giving the run around, and it didn’t offer any reparations (I recall discount codes given for mess ups in the past, which was super sweet). Basically, what we’re saying is that we love your brand, and we support it, but the customer service since leaving GoMerch has been lame (not that any of us are fans of GoMerch, either) and we don’t know how to get that through to someone who matters. There’s no contact phone number for the corporate office so this is the only way we know to actually communicate with someone (our tweets to @clandestineind get ignored too) who can make a difference. We don’t know exactly how much involvement you have in CI anymore, but we just haven’t felt valued as customers as of late and thought you should know.
Thanks,
Your loyal CI fans.
