Pete,
Clandestine Industries. As you can tell by the title of this blog, we love the brand. We love the style, we love the way it has brought people together, we love the community built around it. What we don’t love is the new customer service. Several of us have been having problems with the way our purchases are being dealt with. For the past couple of weeks, several of our order statuses have said nothing but “waiting”. If there was an issue with printing or with shipping, then we would get that. Stuff happens. But there was no email explaining what the problem was. In fact, the emails we sent to customerservice@clandestineindustries.com were ignored entirely. When I finally was emailed today, it was a generic email that told me my shipping number. It didn’t explain what the problem was, it didn’t apologise for giving the run around, and it didn’t offer any reparations (I recall discount codes given for mess ups in the past, which was super sweet). Basically, what we’re saying is that we love your brand, and we support it, but the customer service since leaving GoMerch has been lame (not that any of us are fans of GoMerch, either) and we don’t know how to get that through to someone who matters. There’s no contact phone number for the corporate office so this is the only way we know to actually communicate with someone (our tweets to @clandestineind get ignored too) who can make a difference. We don’t know exactly how much involvement you have in CI anymore, but we just haven’t felt valued as customers as of late and thought you should know.
Thanks,
Your loyal CI fans.
